A Boudoir Experience | Louisville, Kentucky Boudoir Photographer
Some lovely words from this beautiful boudoir client of mine! Louisville Kentucky Boudoir Photographer
What inspired you to book a boudoir session? I wanted to see myself from a different view as I was struggling with my self confidence. I wanted to see myself as beautiful.
How did you feel leading up to your session? I was super nervous and very self connscious. I was worried I wouldn't look good enough.
Did you have any fears or insecurities before your shoot? Yes, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to look how I wanted to, and I was afraid doing this would make me more self conscious about myself.
What kind of vibe or look were you going for in your photos? Sexy and mischievous. I wanted my look to represent that "get a girl who can do both" look, because I didn't think I even could do both.
How did you prepare for your session? Alot of self talking motivation and trying to find the perfect outfit that I felt sexiest in.
During the Shoot How did you feel when you first stepped into the studio? I was really nervous, but also very excited to get going.
What was your favorite part of the session? Honestly my favorite part of the session was talking with Kelsey during the shoot. She really motivated me and made me feel like I looked absolutely perfect. The hype helped me out so much and that will forever stick with me. Being supported by another beautiful goddess always brings your self-esteem up.
How did the experience compare to what you expected? The experience was way better than I expected. I was afraid the fear would get in my way but Kelsey did a great job of keeping me feeling calm, collected, and sexy.
Did you have a favorite outfit or look from your shoot? Yes my last shoot is absolutely my favorite showing off my back tattoo. I never realized how sexy a back could be and now it's one of my favorite features.
What was the most surprising part of the experience? It was surprising how comfortable Kelsey made me feel and how much the session boosted my confidence.
Post-Shoot & Confidence Boost How did you feel when you saw your final images? I literally almost cried. I've never felt more confident. The post shoot photos made me realize how truly beautiful we all are, and that if you feel your not photogenic that's complete BS. We all are behind the right lens and the right person.
Did the experience change the way you see yourself? Absolutely. The experience helped me love myself more than I could have thought. What would you say to someone considering a boudoir session but feeling nervous? You just have to do it. Even if your unsure or scared. It's totally worth it.
How do you plan to use or display your photos? I give them to my spouse. Ive also enjoyed looking over them myself as a little reminder that I AM a goddess.
Would you do another boudoir session in the future? Absolutely I cannot wait for my next shoot.
